I am confused on how to get scouted. I've read the T&C's for scouting, but I just don't understand how.
Could someone please explain?

So in other words if your art is good then all you´ll have to do is wait for someone who is scouted "Every single person with art in the art portal---" to find your art, and hopefully that person will scout you.
